Norris' 2025 F1 World Championship helmet added to Motorsport UK collection

Motorsport UK has confirmed that Lando Norris' 2025 FIA Formula 1 World Championship winning helmet has been added to its headquarters collection. The signed helmet is now available for members to visit and view. The collection includes helmets dating back to 1958.

Motorsport UK has announced that the helmet worn by Lando Norris to secure the 2025 FIA Formula 1 World Championship has been added to the national collection. The item has been placed at the Motorsport UK headquarters, joining a wider archive of significant motorsport memorabilia.

The helmet features fluorescent yellow swirls, a design element that has been part of Norris' livery since his karting days. According to Motorsport UK, Norris is the 11th British driver to win the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. His career began in karting when he was 8-years-old, and he went on to win the KF1 World Championship in 2014.

Figures published with the announcement show that Norris took 14 podiums in the F4 British Championship before making his Formula 1 debut with McLaren in 2019. The addition to the archive extends the timeline of the collection, which includes helmets dating back to 1958.

Members of Motorsport UK can visit the headquarters to see the signed helmet. The announcement does not specify if there are any restrictions on access or viewing times for the new addition.
